Captain Kirk (Chris Pine) and his crew are stranded on an uncharted world after the Enterprise suffers a surprise attack by vicious alien commander Krall (Idris Elba). With help from a scavenger (Sofia Boutella) also marooned on the planet, Kirk and his people must find a way to foil Krall’s plan to use an ancient and deadly bioweapon to wage war on the Federation. Zachary Quinto, Karl Urban, Zoe Saldana, Simon Pegg (who also co-wrote), John Cho, and Anton Yelchin co-star in this hit sci-fi sequel.
